Real-Time Call Management

Calls are logged by dispatchers with category, priority level (low, medium, high), location, bib number, and contact method. Status flows from Open to Being Handled to Closed with full timestamped notes at every step. Supervisors can merge duplicate calls, reactivate closed calls with documented reasons, and reassign between work groups in real time. Every action is permanently logged in a complete audit trail.

Live Course Map

An interactive map displays your GPX course route with active calls shown as color-coded pins — red for high priority, amber for medium, green for low. Medical stations, fluid stations, mile markers, and alpha zone signs are all overlaid on the course. When multiple calls share a location, cluster badges show the count. Supervisors see the full operational picture at a glance.

Voice & SMS Dispatch

Dispatch mobile resources directly from any open call with a single click. Choose SMS text or voice call. Voice calls use professional text-to-speech — the unit hears the call number, priority level, category, location, and description, then a repeat. Answering machine detection tells you instantly whether the unit answered, went to voicemail, or didn't respond. When units reply by text with ON SCENE or AVAILABLE, the call status updates automatically and a timestamped progress note is written.

Unit Status Board

A real-time dashboard shows every mobile medical unit — bicycle EMTs, roving medics, ALS units — and their live status: Available, On Call, On Scene, or Out of Service. Supervisors can toggle any unit out of service with one click. The board refreshes every five seconds so command always has an accurate picture of available resources.

Pre-Event Operations

The Pre-Event tab provides four tools for race morning readiness: a staff checklist with CSV import and check-in tracking, fluid station Ready/Not Ready status with running notes log, medical tent readiness confirmation, and a radio check system that records every check with timestamp, recorder name, and response status. All of this is exportable to PDF for liability documentation.

Compliance Reporting

Generate New York State DOH-2332 Public Function Reports instantly from live call data — no manual entry required. Additional exports include general incident reports, personnel time reports, and full call logs in both Excel and PDF formats. The analytics dashboard shows call volume by hour, category breakdown, work group performance, and average resolution times.
